Metropolitan Health Group (MHG) is one of the largest medical scheme administrators in South Africa and administers the Government Employees Medical Scheme (GEMS), which is the country's largest restricted scheme and second largest scheme overall.

Fusion has worked closely with the MHG and GEMS corporate communications departments since 2006.


Whether it was communicating to staff, thus to internal stakeholders, or to external stakeholders, work produced for the Metropolitan Health Group (MHG) always had to adhere to the set corporate identity guidelines and achieve the marketing goals.

FusionDesign had to complement the company slogan; 'Together we can' through various promotional, educational and marketing projects.


FusionDesign set out to understand the company values and compliment the hands-on approach of the client.
